Introducing ‘Innovative Smiles Within Reach’ for Out-of-Town Patients

We are thrilled to officially announce our new Innovative Smiles Within Reach program for patients traveling from out of town! As part of this unique offering, Dr. Grant Olson and Dr. Megan Westrich may be able to help you achieve a beautiful, revitalized smile in a single treatment visit lasting only three to four hours. Check out how the same-day smile program works below.

Step 1: Diagnostic Visit

With our Solo and Couples/Friendly-Support packages, you can choose to travel alone or with a friend for your diagnostic visit. When you fly into Springfield, MO, you will be met at the airport by your Innovative Dental Courtesy Vehicle. That night, you will stay at a local hotel and eat at reputable restaurant based on your food preference. And the best part is – the initial deposit for your diagnostic visit covers all concierge, travel, lodging, and dining expenses to make your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Live close enough to drive? Don’t worry! Our concierge service is still included in your package. We will work with you to provide reservations that suit your driving distance and schedule, as well as help with lodging and dining reservations, if needed.

During your 2-Hour Smile Consultation at our office, Dr. Olson or Dr. Megan will conduct a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums. This inclusive consultation may include:

Following this oral evaluation, one of our dentists will do Comprehensive Treatment Planning to help you achieve an Innovative Smile in as little as one treatment visit. Once the planning is complete and all potential treatment options have been discussed, your treatment visit can be scheduled as soon as two weeks from the date of your diagnostic visit, and multiple payment options – including dental insurance and available financing plans – can be discussed to find the best means of payment for your unique budget.

Step 2: Treatment Visit

At the time of your treatment visit, Dr. Olson and Dr. Megan will do everything in their power to help you attain a beautiful, revitalized smile in just one day. Using our state-of-the-art dental technology, our dentists are able to create and place all veneers, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations in the comfort of our office in just minutes, as opposed to weeks. Assuming you are healthy and your teeth are relatively straight, most smile treatments – including eight to ten veneers – can generally be completed in a single treatment visit. Should your treatment require dental implants and/or a full mouth restoration, however, a minimum of two treatment visits will be necessary to give the implants time to securely fuse to your jawbone for optimal results.

If alignment of your teeth is necessary, we are an Elite Invisalign® Provider capable of completing this advanced orthodontic option in as little as four to five months for most patients. Our digital impression technology allows us to treat your smile faster and with the best results possible, often in only three to four total visits.

Ultimately, if more than one visit is needed to achieve your Innovative Smile, we will help organize your visits and travel plans to work seamlessly with your schedule.
