Can I combine my Innovative Smile Club membership with other offers, insurance, or discounts?
The Innovative Smile Club does not combine with other Dental Insurance Benefits or Dental Discount plans. However, the $500 Lifetime Benefit can be combined with our monthly promotional offers.
How long does my Innovative Smile Club membership last?
The Innovative Smile Club membership is a 12-month agreement, beginning the day you sign up for membership. This agreement auto-renews each year, unless cancelled in writing.
Do any unused benefits roll-over to the following 12 month membership period?
Unused benefits do not roll-over when your initial 12-month Innovative Smile Club membership expires, except for the $500 Lifetime Benefit should it not have been previously used.
When can I start using my Innovative Smile Club membership?
Once you enroll, your membership is active immediately!
What information is required for enrollment?
We will need your full name, date of birth, address, checking account and routing number, and an email address. That’s it!
Are there family, child or business membership plans available?
In an effort to keep it simple, the Innovative Smile Club offers individual memberships only.

Can I add family members to my Innovative Smile club membership?

What forms of payment does the Innovative Smile Club accept?
You will need a checking account with an account and routing numbers to set up ACH.option.
How do I use my Innovative Smile Club $500 Lifetime Benefit on cosmetic, implant or orthodontic treatments?
The Innovative Smile Club membership includes a $500 Lifetime benefit which can be used one time to apply to cosmetic, dental implants, traditional orthodontics or Accelerated Invisalign® treatment. The Lifetime Benefit will combine with the current special offer at the time of use.
I accidentally missed my appointment. What should I do?
If you miss an appointment, you will be responsible for rescheduling. Our cancellation policy requires a two business day notice so you will need to check with our office to see if the $100 no-show fee is required.
If I cancel, will I receive a refund for my membership?
Refunds do not apply for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments. Should the Smile Club plan be canceled before the initial 12 months, all fees on already completed treatments backdate to standard prices, and the difference will be due.
Will my Innovative Smile Club membership cover my Perio Maintenance cleanings?
Under the membership, your first two cleanings, whether considered Perio Maintenance or Prophylaxis, are covered 100% by your membership.
Will my Innovative Smile Club membership cover my deep cleaning (Full mouth Debridement, Scaling and Root Planing)?
Deep cleanings (Full mouth debridements (FMD) and Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)) are 10% off. The Innovative Smile Club fully covers basic cleanings only (prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance).
If I use my $500 Lifetime Benefit and then have a lapse in membership, will I be able to get a new $500 Lifetime Benefit when I sign up again?
The $500 Lifetime Benefit is applied once per person, so the Lifetime Benefit would not be available for a second use in the event your membership lapsed.
Is the $500 Lifetime Benefit transferable between family members?
The $500 Lifetime Benefit is not transferable between Innovative Smile Club members.
Are implants considered restorative treatment under the Innovative Smile Club membership?
The Innovative Smile Club 10% discount covers basic restorative procedures, which does not include implants. However, the $500 Lifetime Benefit can apply to implant treatment!
Can the 10% discount and $500 Lifetime Benefit be combined?
The Innovative Smile Club offers the $500 Lifetime benefit for treatments that the 10% does not apply to (Implants, Cosmetics, or Orthodontics).
Are cosmetics included in the Innovative Smile Club 10% discount?
The Innovative Smile Club 10% discount covers basic restorative procedures, but does not apply to cosmetic treatment. However, the $500 Lifetime Benefit can apply to cosmetic treatment!
